Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible orders with a 50% advance payment.
1. How Cash on Delivery works
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders, subject to availability, location and order-value restrictions.
Because every Kali by Rasa order requires preparation, finishing, packaging and logistics, COD orders require a 50% advance payment at the time of placing the order.
The remaining 50% of the order value is payable at the time of delivery.

The 50% advance is part of the total order value and is not an additional charge.
The advance payment confirms the order and allows us to begin preparing the customer's piece.
2. Cancellation or refusal of COD orders
Once a COD order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellation or refusal of delivery may result in applicable shipping, return-to-origin, packaging, processing and other reasonable logistical costs being deducted from the advance amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order, is repeatedly unavailable for delivery, or requests cancellation after the order has entered processing, Kali by Rasa may adjust applicable costs incurred in processing and shipping against the advance payment.
Any eligible balance remaining after applicable deductions will be refunded to the customer through the applicable refund method.
3. Failed delivery
If a COD order is returned to Kali by Rasa because the customer:
- Refuses to accept the parcel;
- Is repeatedly unavailable;
- Provides an incorrect or incomplete address;
- Provides an incorrect phone number; or
- Otherwise causes the delivery to fail,
applicable shipping, return-to-origin, processing and other reasonable costs incurred by Kali by Rasa may be adjusted against the advance payment, subject to applicable law.
4. Future COD eligibility
Repeated refusal of COD orders, repeated failed deliveries or misuse of the COD facility may result in COD being unavailable for future purchases.
Kali by Rasa may require such customers to place future orders through prepaid payment only.
5. Legitimate product issues
The above provisions do not apply to legitimate complaints where the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered.
Such cases will be reviewed under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. Important COD notice
By selecting Cash on Delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees that 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance, and the remaining 50% is payable at the time of delivery.
7. Fraudulent or abusive return activity
Kali by Rasa reserves the right to investigate unusual, fraudulent or abusive activity relating to orders, returns, exchanges or COD purchases.
This may include:
- Repeated returns showing signs of use.
- Returning products other than those purchased.
- Returning products damaged after delivery.
- Manipulating tags or packaging.
- False claims regarding delivery or product condition.
- Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders.
- Other conduct that reasonably indicates misuse of the return or exchange process.
Where permitted by law, Kali by Rasa may restrict or suspend access to certain services, including COD, returns or exchanges, for accounts exhibiting such activity.
